Refund policy

On our store, we do not offer returns as we are a small business that is being handled by only one person. Refunds may be applicable if you have received a faulty item. You can NOT receive a refund from us If the courier that is delivering your item has lost your parcel as it is not our responsibility. You can contact us at so we can help reach your order, however we will not be refunding you. You can contact Royal Mail or USPS (if youre from the US) and ask for compensation for you're missing parcel. As a small business we do everything we can to avoid these things from happening and that is why we always ship first class and provide you with a tracking number. If your parcel has been returned back to us you have 30 days to contact us to let us know so we can refund you or send out another parcel (you will have to re pay shipping)
